"Zenzio Platform": The Zenzio website, SaaS application, and any other Zenzio applications.

Our Services may integrate with third-party software or websites. We have no control over these third-party services.

Zenzio owns all rights to the Services and Platform content. Your use does not grant ownership rights. You may use the content for personal use only.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zenzio harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Zenzio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
Zenzio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our maximum liability will not exceed one US dollar.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration by the American Arbitration Association or a mutually agreed-upon forum.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Zenzio may assign these Terms at any time.
These Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenzio. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
Your acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Addendum is required separately. You may request a copy via customer support.
